If you are looking for pet friendly apartments in Woodley Park, DC, The Barton at Woodley welcomes your four legged friends home. Our community allows a limit of 2 indoor pets per apartment, with no exotic animals and breed restrictions in place. A certified veterinarian letter is required for proof of breed, weight, and vaccinations. A non-refundable pet fee of $500 applies for the first animal and $250 for each additional animal, with pet rent of $55 per month, per pet. On site, you will find a pet park and dog wash, so it is simple to keep pets happy, active, and clean without leaving home. Reach out to our team for the full list of breed restrictions.
